In August 2006 Canal Cadiz visited Melkart to record an exposé about the development of linguistic tourism in Cádiz.
The visit to the School, which is located in the historic centre of Cádiz, included interviews with some of the students whom emphasised the importance of learning Spanish to enhance their carreer options in the future. Also, they described some of the standout qualities Cádiz has to offer while learning Spanish, such as: a good climate, beaches, friendly and welcoming locals, which when combined create an environment that complements the students’ studies.
